- Located 1.8 miles from Bellarena train station. Hourly journeys to Derry City / Portrush.

- Only 3.5 miles from the Magilligan Point Ferry to Greencastle, Co. Donegal and a 25 minute drive to the City of Derry airport.

- Beautiful walks, fishing, golfing, swimming and surfing are all available in the area. The Ulster Gliding Centre is only 1 mile away.

- Local restaurants include the Point Bar and Restaurant and The Angler's Rest.

At the side and rear of the house is a large garden area, containing a 14ft trampoline, football posts and basketball net.

Visitors can also avail of two 10ft paddleboards.
