The Open 2025 Accommodation
We would like to offer a home away from home.
Our home is located in the beautiful country side just outside Bellaghy village, which is well known for the famous Irish poet Seamus Heaney. We have some lovely restaurants and bars a short distance from our home. We are only 30 minute drive from Belfast international airport and just 45 minutes drive from the Irish Open venue. We also are a short drive from great golf courses such as Moyola Golf Club is only 10 minutes drive and Kilrea Golf Club is 15 minute drive.
Our home offers a great luxurious feel to every room you enter. We have a great open plan kitchen flowing into the sun room which has an 8 seater dining table. We also have a separate dining room which has a 6 seater round dining table. We have a spacious living room, great for entertaining and comes with a freestanding bar. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet and another separate toilet downstairs. There is a downstairs bedroom with a king size bed.Upstairs we have the master bedroom with en-suite, with a king size bed. There are 2 other bedrooms also with king size beds. The main bathroom is upstairs with a gorgeous free standing bath.
To recap- there are 4 toilets, 3 showers, 1 bath, 4 bedrooms all with king size beds.
We also have spacious garden which we have had helicopters landing many times so if you have or want to arrange helicopter transport. There is a local private helicopter available which can be booked by yourself we can supply you their contact details if you wish to book them.
There is also riffle shooting set up on the property which can be arranged by the owner on request which needs to be requested in advance of booking.
There is a separate “shooters bar” attached to the property if you wish to entertain in the evenings.
We can supply additional photos and videos of the property as we are limited to 6 photos.
The lowest bid accepted on the property is £25,000 per week. Highest bidder will be accepted.
