The accommodation is a modern and well kept three bedroom two bathroom detached property in Ballymena. It has an open plan kitchen/dining/sunroom as well as a utility room, downstairs wc and a separate living room.
Upstairs consists of three double bedrooms (master ensuite) and a bathroom. All the bedrooms contain double beds. There is a fold out bed available if required.
There is Sky TV in main living room with smart TV in the sun room and the bedrooms also have their own TVs
The property also has a EV charger if required at an additional cost.
The rear garden has ample space to relax in and is surrounded by trees.
Ballymena is situated in between Belfast and Portrush (30.4 mile). It is also Within a 10 minute drive is Galgorm Golf Course, home of Northern Ireland’s Professional Golf Tournament and host of the 2020 Irish Open.
We are situated just 20 minutes from Belfast International Airport, and Ballymena has great train links to Belfast and Portrush. We are less than 10 min drive to the station and very near the M2 Motorway to Portrush.
