The Open Accommodation - This family home is a spacious traditional Victorian red sandstone house, built over 200 years ago with many original features.
The house has been fully renovated and decorated with new fitted luxury bathroom, fully accessible shower room and toilet. Brand new extra large dining and kitchen area ,new flooring throughout and much more in the past year. In total over 2237 sqft.
POA depending on length of stay 7, 10 or 14 days ,also on number of guests, can sleep up to 9 people .
The Open Accommodation includes Wi-Fi in all areas of the house. The ground floor and garden is fully wheelchair accessible. Off street parking also available.
UPSTAIRS:

Large room with New luxury double bed, large bay window and lots of storage space

Small luxury single bed room with quirky feature small arch window.
Upstairs landing: Library and reading area.

Extra large brand new bathroom fitted with Luxury shower and bath all done in traditional style.

Bedroom 1:
Large bedroom with superking luxury electric adjustable bed ( can be adjusted either side by individual remotes ) Has usb phone chargers internal to bed either side. Lots of storage with T.V with full sky package and Netflix etc.
Bedroom 2:
Original Victorian front room which can be used as a full bedroom as it has a luxury fold down double sofa bed with lots of storage, many original features including open fireplace ,cornacing (ornate plasterwork)and bay window.
Downstairs is fully accessible with handrails, ramps, wetroom /toilet also garden is fully accessible with decking and ramps.
Large utility room including washing machine, tumble dryer, original belfast sink, Tassimmo coffee machine, pods will be supplied.
Large dining kitchen with all new fittings dishwasher, belfast sinks, American style fridge freezer, Double oven grill and much more, all cooking and daily utensils available.
Breakfast bar and stools also breakfast area with table with chairs .
Extremely large family room approx. 26ft by 22ft featuring luxury seating area, with fully electric reclining sofas and chairs also have usb charging on either side of sofas ,individual charging points on chairs.
Large seperate dining area with table that can seat up to13 people if needed.
Seperate office area with full wifi available and access to HP laser printer.
Large Victorian hallway and stairs to upper floor with original handrails and decorations.
GARDEN: Large private walled garden , fully accessible ,decking area and various other seating areas, with American style BBQ for use.

Large Morrisons supermarket, with garage is only 6 mins walk or 2 min drive away on same road as our home.
There are many local cafe's ,restaurant's and bars within a few mins walk or drive including The Fox and Willow, The Tree House, Ayr India, Home Thai, The Drunken Coo Steak House, The Ghillie Dhu (traditional Scottish food) with lots of local Bars offering good Scottish Bar Food. We have a Handyman and House Keeper on Call if required for any reason .Fully included in price .
If required Personal Transport and driver also available for airport transfers, travel to golf events and sightseeing ,and anything else required but this will be at seperate cost .
