The Open Accommodation at our 4 bedroom detached house which includes a private driveway with parking suitable for up to 2 vehicles plus ample parking nearby. Situated in a small, quiet estate with no through roads.
Location: Situated minutes away from the A77/M77, we are located 20 minutes from Royal Troon Golf Course (15 miles), 25 minutes to Glasgow and 25 minutes to Ayr.

There is a bus stop within a minute’s walk of our accommodation with links to Glasgow and Ayr services. Connecting busses for Troon can be accessed at Kilmarnock and Ayr bus stations. We also benefit from excellent local private taxi firms which can be recommended.
Both Kilmarnock and Kilmaurs train station are les than a 10 minute drive away.
Within walking distance, we have a Tesco supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop/cafe, takeaway chip shop, hot filled rolls/sandwich shop, Domino’s pizza and a Chinese takeaway. There is also a 24 hour petrol station and ATM.

4 bedrooms (1 super king master, one double, one double sofa bed/daybed and 1 single) which could accommodate 7 people. Ground floor consists of a dining kitchen with Rangemaster stove. Dining Room with seating for 6. Large lounge with access to private decked garden. Property also benefits from a fully equipped utility with washer and dryer, downstairs WC and study/boot room. 1st floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite shower room. There is also a fully tiled family bathroom with jacuzzi bath, toilet and wash basin. The garden is private, not overlooked and benefits from a large decking area. Barbecue and seating available. Access to WiFi and Smart TV apps also available.
