HOUSE DESCRIPTION
3 bedroom detached house in a peaceful hamlet, with enclosed garden and off street parking.
Set in the peaceful East Ayrshire countryside, in the quiet hamlet of Kingsford, just over 2.5 miles outside Stewarton and only 25 minutes drive to Royal Troon Golf Club, our spacious, 4 bed family home is only 2 years old and is smoke free and pet free. We are renting it as a 3 double bedroom property and using the fourth bedroom for storage.

A lounge with wood burning stove and French doors leading to the large, south facing patio and enclosed garden.
A large, light filled, open plan dining kitchen, fully equipped and with Bi-fold/ French doors to the patio/ garden area.
A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and king size bed.

A spacious hallway for storing golf clubs etc.

A master bedroom, with super king size bed, Juliet balcony and ensuite bathroom, with large walk in mains shower.

A family bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower.
Central heating throughout, with underfloor heating downstairs.
Utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
Well equipped with all modern amenities, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine cooler, tv, ( Sky Sports, Netflix/ Amazon Prime) wifi, Alexa, etc.
Ample off road parking for 4-6 cars, directly outside the front of the house NB. Car essential because of location.
30 mins drive from Glasgow airport.
25 mins drive from Prestwick airport.
The local town of Stewarton is a 5 minute drive away. Here, you’ll find Sainsbury's and Aldisupermarkets, a petrol station, numerous coffee shops, gift shops and a nice restaurant called The Mill House. Stewarton also has a local train station and taxi service. Waitrose supermarket and M&S Food Hall are a 15 minute drive in the opposite direction, towards Glasgow.
