This house is 2 years-old and it is decorated to a very high standard. The property has 3 double bedrooms. Two bedrooms have big king size beds, one bedroom has a double sofa-bed. There is also another bedroom (which is currently used as an office). This room can be converted to an additional small double bed bedroom on request. There is 1 family bathroom with bath. Master bedroom has en-suite (walk-in shower) and a dressing room. There is also a downstairs toilet and large utility with washing machine.
The house has a big, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen-dining area with everything you need for a great dining experience. The table can easily accommodate 6-8 people. There is also a 42inch Sky Glass TV, large American style fridge freezer and dish washer. The kitchen has double wall bi-fold doors providing an open and airy access to the garden.
The living room has a large comfortable sofa and big cuddle chair, a 65-inch LG OLED Smart TV with everything for perfect entertainment (Netflix, Amazon, Sky, Disney+, Apple TV+,Youtube etc…). High speed fibre broadband connection (1Gb).
There is an enclosed garden with Gas BBQ and secluded outdoor, covered pergola seating area with a chimaera and patio furniture, lighting and heating. Both house and outdoor areas have broadband Wifi and Alexa coverage.
