Royal Troon can be reached by car or taxi in around 20 minutes or, if you prefer to travel by train, Ayr Railway Station is a few minutes away from Inverdon and the train journey to Troon takes approximately 10-11 minutes.
Belleisle Golf Course is around 3 minutes' drive away and Trump Turnberry can be reached by car in around 25 minutes.
For those arriving from further afield, Prestwick International Airport is around 10 to 15 minutes’ drive away from Inverdon.
We offer free off-street parking with a lockable garage and, although situated in a lovely, peaceful & relaxing location, Inverdon lies close to a wealth of amenities including Belleisle Golf Course, Ayr Railway Station, Ayr's beautiful beaches (5 minutes' walk), parks, bars, restaurants, the Citadel Leisure Centre, The Gaiety Theatre, ten pin bowling at LA Bowl, Pirate Pete's Family Entertainment Centre on the beach, Rabbie Burns' Cottage, Rozelle Park.......all of which are within an easy ten-minute drive from Inverdon.
The Open Accommodation on offer extends to a stunning, large formal lounge with incredible views over Belleisle Golf Course, beautiful fitted kitchen, modern & stylish shower room and 2 double bedrooms. We are able to accommodate up to six people as, in addition to the 2 double bedrooms, we also have a double sofa-bed as well.
Our apartment benefits from stunning south facing views across the golf course & The Old Racecourse to the Carrick Hills and Inverdon is within minutes’ walk of Ayr’s beautiful beaches, parks & golf courses, restaurants & bars yet enjoys a tranquil setting nestled within its own mature grounds.
For those with their own transport there is free off-street parking at Inverdon but the area is also well served by a local taxi service, the local bus service and Ayr train station is approximately ten minutes’ walk away where guests can catch the take the 8-10 minute train journey to Troon.
