Open plan kitchen dining area includes dishwasher, gas hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine and Perfect Draft beer machine. All kitchen crockery, cookware and utensils provided.
Living room with Smart TV, superfast fibre broadband internet, Sky Sports, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and other Smart TV apps available. PS5, Nintendo Switch and family board games available.
Utility room with washing machine & downstairs toilet and sink. Laundry tablets and fabric softener provided.
Garage Gym (accessed through internal door from hallway) with Nordic Track treadmill, exercise bike, boxing bag, weights and other equipment. Garage is also a secure space for storing equipment/golf clubs.
First floor:
Large family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 comprises double sofa bed, library and desk.
Bedroom 3 currently baby nursery with single cot bed. Can easily be changed to double bedroom if required.
Bedroom 4 comprises Pool Table. Single bed can be added if required.
Private enclosed garden with sun all day & evening, seating area, BBQ and outdoor children’s toys, if required.

*Brand new linens, towels, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery will be provided.
*We can arrange a grocery shopping delivery before your arrival and/or during your stay. We can arrange beer kegs for the Perfect Draft machine and coffee pods of your choice for the Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine.
