It has two large bedrooms, each with double beds (one king-size). The third bedroom can accommodate two adults on either single or double beds. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a single bed.

There is a spacious family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. In addition, there is an en-suite bathroom with another walk-in shower and a downstairs WC also.

The property was fully renovated 8 years ago and comprises a large living room with gas fire with flat screen TV and sound System. There is a large kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, gas hob, electric fan oven/grill and American-style fridge/freezer.

There is also a utility room with washer, dryer and additional sink.

There are bifold doors leading to a mature garden with large decking area. For outdoor entertaining there is a range of seating, including sofas and a 10-seat dining set. Also in the garden is a BBQ area and chimnea.

Additionally, there is a large children’s play house with swings, slide and monkey bars. Access will also be provided to a full-sized table tennis table. Other garden games can be provided on request.

The property is in a excellent location for transport. It is 2 minutes walk from Meols railway station which gives a short ride to Hoylake. In the opposite direction, trains run every 15 minutes to Liverpool. It is within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars in the area.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Full amount is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
