Seconds from Hoylake seafront, this beautiful garden apartment on one of the town’s most well-loved, quiet roads is perfectly located:

• 15 min stroll to the Royal Liverpool Golf Club (you can even walk along the beach to The Open if you fancy)
• Within 20 mins drive of two municipal golf courses (Arrowe Park and The Warren)
• 10 mins walk from both the train station (Manor Road) and Market Street’s restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets
• 1 min walk from our lovely local pub The Plasterers

The spacious accommodation is full of character and offers high Edwardian ceilings, original wooden floorboards, tall bay windows, a very large open plan kitchen / dining (for up to 8) / seating area with large velux windows, a large comfortable living room, stylish master bedroom, and connecting bathroom with Victorian style slipper bath. The energy of the whole space is warm and welcoming.

A light airy glass corridor overlooking the garden then leads to a shower room, a reception / bedroom with optional double futon bed and two more bedrooms. These two bedrooms currently have bunkbeds – these can be swapped out for either doubles, or twins, as required.

The accommodation can therefore be presented as either a 3 bed / 2 reception / 2 bathroom, or as a 4 bed / 1 reception / 2 bathroom property and can comfortably sleep 8. Additionally if required the living room could serve as a bedroom for two extra guests on pull out beds, sleeping 10 in total.

Due to the property’s South facing aspect, the living room is filled with beautiful coastal light at sunset. French doors open into the property’s own private garden with patio area, comfortable garden furniture, chiminea and barbeque.

The flat is centrally heated, tastefully decorated and features full-fibre WIFI with its own off-road parking space. Cleaning, laundry and concierge service can be provided on request.
