The Open 2023 Accommodation
The Open Accommodation - Welcome to The Open 2023 at the Royal Liverpool Golf Club, Hoylake Wirral. We have available a small, cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom terrace house in Hoylake, with a private secured garden at the back of the house to enjoy in the evening.
The home has 2 bedrooms, one with a smart TV. It has a bathroom/toilet with shower and complimentary toiletries & towels for your stay.
The lounge leads straight into an open-plan well-equipped kitchen, fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and washing machine.
The lounge itself has a smart TV and access to Netflix and Internet with a computer available.
The house is available from 7-14 days with complimentary changes of bedding every 3/5 days on request.
The house is 200 yds from Manor Road train station and 800 yds from Hoylake station. The Wirral trainline takes you into Liverpool City Centre ( 25 mins) and allows easy connection to Southport, Chester, Manchester and Liverpool John Lennon airport.
Parking is usually available outside the house. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the Royal Liverpool clubhouse ( I mile) but less than that to a public entrance to the Course. We can arrange for you to park within 5 minutes walk of the Course entrance if this is needed.
Hoylake High Street with shops, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.
There are several golf courses within a 5 mile radius – Wallasey, Caldy, Heswall and Leasowe. Cross the Mersey and head north into West Lancashire and you find England’s Golf Coast – the finest stretch of Championship Links courses in the Country – Royal Birkdale, Hillside, Southport and Ainsdale, Formby and The West Lancashire. All can be reached by car within 40 – 80 mins and all, except S&A, have a Merseyrail train station ( Northern Line) serving them.
A 30% non- refundable deposit is required to secure the property. The remaining balance due 10 days prior to occupation.
