The Open 2023 Accommodation

The Open accommodation at this 3 bedroom house within 10 minute walking distance of the golf course, 2 minute walking distance from our local coop and home and bargains, 5 minutes from pubs/restaurants. 2 parking spaces on drive. We are currently in the middle of decorating upstairs. We have a double bedroom with a double bed (Emma mattress) and another room with a kingsize bed (Emma mattress) and TV in the room, the third room is a box room that is used as a dressing room. Downstairs is a huge open kitchen with a coffee station and all the usual appliances. A lovely garden with outside furniture and bbq. The lounge has a lovely sofa set with recliners, new tv and sound bar. We have 2 toilets one downstairs and then the main bathroom upstairs with a walk in shower and free standing bath.We do accept well behaved dogs (there’s loads of fields and beaches within walking distance). The house is in a quiet cul de sac. Everything is within walking distance, including 5 minute walk to the train station and 8 minute walk to the beach. The photos of downstairs are all up to date, however the photos of the two big bedrooms are from when we moved in. We have are currently painting both bedrooms and this will be completed by the end of April. If you do want updates pictures of the bedrooms I can supply them.
