Kitchen includes two ovens, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser. Separate utility room with wine fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.
The kitchen diner opens up to a large lovely established garden with an outdoor entertaining area including seating with dining table, bbq and fire pit. Garden includes children’s climbing frame, playhouse with double swing set, and trampoline with enclosure to keep children entertained. More than enough garden space for adult fun with stunning sunset views.

Upstairs consists of:
Bedroom 1: Superking bed with en-suite
Bedroom 2, 3 and 4: Double rooms
Bedroom 5: Single bed if required
If children will be attending we have two children’s beds available.
Large family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Linen and towels are included, as are all standard amenities including internet, and access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.

We are a 2 minute stroll to Bidston Hill which offers a fantastic woodland walk and stunning viewpoints over Liverpool waterfront and Wales - and is also home to Bidston observatory and the windmill.
20 minute drive to the Royal Liverpool Golf Club
12 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Bidston train station that offers a direct train service to Hoylake (12 minutes) and Liverpool (14 minutes)
Within close proximity to several additional golf clubs including Wirral golf club (4 minute drive), Bidston (8 minute drive), Wallasey (9 minute drive) and Leasowe (11 minute drive).

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the property. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
