Parking is on the road but as there are only houses on one side of the street, there is always plenty of space.
New Brighton train station is approximately 5 minutes walk away, from where it's just a 20 minute journey to the centre of Liverpool. There are plenty of amenities close by - shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and bars all within 10 minutes walking distance, as well as New Brighton beach, several parks and the promenade along the River Mersey.
There are a number of golf clubs nearby, including Wallasey & Leasowe and The Royal Liverpool is just 20 mins drive away.

The house comprises:
Ground floor - 2 reception rooms, dining room, kitchen and WC/cloakroom. Access to garden from the kitchen
First floor - 3 large bedrooms with double beds, 2 smaller bedrooms with single beds / sofa bed, 1 bathroom with over-bath shower
Second floor - Very large bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and great view of the Liverpool skyline.

The price is for 7 nights rental but we are prepared to negotiate for an extension of up to 10 nights.
