Pendragon House has become available as a property rental for The Open 2023, built around 1906, our remarkable family home with an abundance of space and facilities, is available to rent for The Open 2023 in Hoylake. A detached house, formerly run as a bed and breakfast, now our 3 generational family home is perfectly located: only 1.5 miles from The Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
There are 13 other golf courses on the Wirral Peninsula including: Hoylake Municipal Golf Club (1 mile), Caldy Golf Club (3.3 miles) and Bidston Golf Club (3.7 miles). Our home is a 5-minute, short walk to Manor Road train station with lines to West Kirby and Liverpool.

which could sleep up to 17; there is scope to put extra beds in the larger rooms. Please call to discuss your requirements. Over 3 floors there are 8 bedrooms, 7 of which are en-suite and there is an additional shared bathroom. Two of the en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor making accessibility easier. Scaled floor plans are available if you would like to view them. If required, on further discussion and for an additional cost, camp beds can be provided.
Alternatively (POA) we could accommodate 12/13 people. Over 2 floors- - 6x double en-suites - 2 on ground floor level and 4 on the first floor (with entrance from the main door or separate entrance via outside stairs)
If renting the full house or the 2 floors, there are 3 reception rooms (2 lounges and a dining room), a large kitchen and a beautiful garden. Sky TV is available.
Linen and towels are provided and can be changed during your stay by arrangement.
Available up to 14 days around the dates of the Open, please contact me to discuss your requirements. Arrival and departure dates flexible. If you wish to discuss any further additions to make your stay more comfortable that we can arrange, please contact us.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the property. The final balance plus 15 % security deposit is due 30 days prior to agreed arrival date.
