The Open 2022 Accommodation

It’s a 4 bedroom open plan new build bungalow with planning approved to extend the attac so by July it’ll be 5 bedrooms.
It has an en-suite and the other bathroom a shower and jacuzzi bath with TV.
House can sleep 8 within the bedrooms or if they wished to sleep in the living room I can have camp beds put up as it’s large open plan.
I also have a pool table too and also an indoor golf putting mat.
I’m in a quiet Culdesac and I have 3 car park spaces and Room for ample more here too.
Back garden is large with a new patio with bbq and also and Astro lawn with a golf driving net.
I have an outhouse with a hot tub also and a tv inside too.
Im 2/3 minutes walk from Anstruther golf club which has the hardest par 3 in the uk. They serve drinks and food.
It’s a 6-8 minutes walk from the town centre where they’re is plenty pubs and restaurants to eat.
We have the famous chip shop which is the best in the uk too.

To st.Andrews there is a bus stop just outside my street which is a 50 min journey or I can have my 8 seater minibus to hire to them for the week to use.

I have connections within the links where I can provide free parking for the week also right next to the 15th tee at the Eden clubhouse.

My house has tvs in each room and an 86 inch tv in the living room.
I have sky, Bt, Netflix, Amazon and many more channels.

I have an 8 seater minibus which you can have at an extra cost and I also have a speedboat which I can take you out for a blast.
I have connections with several local golf clubs and can get you special deals on these courses if required.

I would rent the house from Monday to Monday.
Can be extended if need be.

I’m a none smoker and no smoking will be allowed within my house
