This stunning Kirkcaldy apartment (over two levels) is available for a minimum of 7 nights and can host 6 people in a fantastic location which is a 35 minute coastal drive to St Andrews, and a five minute walk from the direct train link to Edinburgh and Dundee (both 35 mins).

Beautifully and recently renovated throughout, it boasts a large drawing room with piano, 50 inch television and comfortable chaise sofa. The dining kitchen is brand new, equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, wine cooler and nespresso machine.
There are three comfortable bedrooms comprising of a master suite upstairs with freestanding bath, en-suite toilet, sitting area and kingsize bed. The second bedroom is a large double, and the third bedroom contains a boutique style pod double bed with usb charger points.
Downstairs also boasts a contemporary shower room and a large cloakroom for coats/outdoor gear.

Fife's second largest town, Kirkcaldy, is approximately 11 miles north of Edinburgh and offers plenty to do. The Kirkcaldy Galleries exhibit a stunning collection of artworks, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars in the centre of town, just minutes away from this property. A Farmers' Market is held monthly in the town square, and nearby Beveridge Park, with its boating lake and expansive flower gardens, is a stunning backdrop for picnics and evening walks. Kirkcaldy is a great base for exploring the local golf courses and charming villages of the East Neuk, while also affording easy access to the fantastic leisure opportunities of Edinburgh and Dundee. A train ride over Dundee's famous Tay Bridge to the new breath-taking V&A is a must!
As a local secondary school teacher, I'm a pretty busy woman, but I'm more than happy to share my knowledge of the area and lend a hand with tasks such as booking restaurants, organising a food shop for your arrival etc. I will respond to all communications promptly, and you can be assured that all the information I have provided is accurate. I've put my heart into this renovation, and I know it will provide an extremely comfortable stay in a beautiful location.
The price is £4,500 for a 7-10 night stay. A 30% non refundable deposit secures your stay. 10% refundable damages deposit required prior to arrival. Full payment by 20th June 2022.
