Dalgety Bay is a lovey town with plenty of shops, bars & restaurants nearby. There is a train station with plenty of parking. There is an Asda, Tesco & Aldi within the town. There are beautiful coastal walks from the property that take you to Aberdour, Burntisland etc where there are gorgeous beaches.

Driveway that can fit around 12/15 cars

Downstairs:
vestibule entrance, gaming room with 2 75 inch tvs (work irrespectively from each other which means people can play different games at once), big bedroom with ensuite and walk in cupboard, utility room, wc and a bar that seats 12. There is a slush puppy machine, 4 pub fridges-these will be fully stocked for your arrival

Upstairs:
Living room/dining room which leads onto a gorgeous patio with a hot tub, this then leads to a bbq hut that seats 15 people and an astro turfed lawned area, huge kitchen with centre island, wine fridge & double ovens, main bathroom with rain fall shower, single room, single room, kingsize room with a balcony with views of Edinburgh & The Forth Rail Bridge, luxurious master bedroom with superking, fire, seating area, walk in wardrobe and en-suite with a huge rainfall shower-also a lovely balcony that over looks Edinburgh & The Forth Rail Bridge

We can put a sofa bed into the games room if you require more beds (there is plenty of space)

The views from our property are stunning-you can see all of Edinburgh, The Forth Rail Bridge

All of the bedrooms will be supplied with towels, linen, shampoo etc

We can provide extra services by prior arrangement if required. These services include daily cleaners, chauffeurs, transfers to and from the airport, catering - there will be an additional charge

This property is offered at £30,000 for a 7 night stay. Your reservation can be secured with a non-refundable booking deposit of 30 %. There will be a 10 % refundable damages deposit required before your arrival. Full payment will be required by 1st June 2022. If you require additional nights stay please contact us for pricing.
