Welcome to Dairsie Manse, The Beehouse & The Bothy for the 150th British Golf Open Championship 2022. All three properties are available for a joint let for a minimum 7 nights. In total the properties can host 18 people in immaculately presented accommodation; 9 double bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (6 ensuite) all in a peaceful secluded location enjoying stunning views over the sweeping countryside and is conveniently located 6 miles from St Andrews (approximately 10 minutes by car) close to all St Andrews Links golf courses, Kingsbarns, Carnoustie, Gleneagles and many other renowned courses all within an hours’ drive.

Dairsie Manse:

Recently renovated, this stunning period Georgian house sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms over 3 floors. There is an abundance of character in this comfortably spacious property

Lovingly restored 19th Century steading building, now a beautiful self-contained holiday house sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The Beehouse enjoys uninterrupted views across the countryside to Kemback woods and fertile arable and dairy farmland. Accommodation includes:

The Bothy

Brand newly renovated (2019) self contained holiday apartment formerly a hayloft barn in 19th Century steading building located opposite The Beehouse; sleeps 2 people in 1 bedroom. Accommodation includes:

• First Floor entrance
• Hallway to open plan kitchen dining & living room
• Wifi Broadband & Sky TV
• Woodburning stove
• Double bedroom (superking or two single beds)

Games room with ping pong table and pool table; can be set up for private dining for 18+ people.

Garden & setting

Secluded walled garden ideal for marquee to the rear of the buildings plus lawn and gravel drive to the front and sides. There is plenty of outdoor seating with easy access from all entrances. The Beehouse & The Bothy sit to the rear of Dairsie Manse. All three properties, enjoy south facing aspect with spectacular views and are accessed via private driveway off Manse Lane. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Helicopter landing by arrangement

Standard package includes welcome pack of essentials on arrival, linen & towels for all 3 properties is offered at £35,000 for 7-10 night stay; 30% non refundable booking deposit secures your stay; 10% refundable damages deposit required prior to arrival full payment by 1st June 2022
Additional extras by arrangement include daily housekeeping, catering, airport transfers, venue transportation, helicopter landing, longer stay period
