Welcome to The Bothy, for the 150th Golf Open Championship 2022. This property is available for a minimum 7 nights and can host 2 people in a peaceful secluded location enjoying stunning views over the sweeping countryside and is conveniently located 6 miles from St Andrews (approximately 10 minutes by car) close to all St Andrews Links golf courses as well as Kingsbarns, Carnoustie, Gleneagles and many other renowned courses which all within an hours’ drive.
The Bothy is a newly renovated (2019) self contained apartment in a 19th Century steading building. Accommodation includes:

Secluded walled garden ideal for marquee to the rear of The Bothy plus lawn and gravel drive to the front and side. There is plenty of outdoor seating with easy access from all entrances. Our further two properties Dairsie Manse & The Beehouse are located to the front and side of The Bothy, all enjoying south facing aspect with spectacular views and are accessed via private driveway off Manse Lane. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Helicopter landing by arrangement
Standard package includes welcome pack of essentials on arrival, linen & towels for Dairsie Manse is offered at £5,000 for 7-10 night stay; 30% non refundable booking deposit secures your stay; 10% refundable damages deposit required prior to arrival full payment by 1st June 2022
Additional extras by arrangement include daily housekeeping, catering, airport transfers, venue transportation, helicopter landing, longer stay period
