This stunning apartment offers a living area of 210 m2 with a 30 m2 terrace boasting breathtaking views of the sea, Gibraltar, and Morocco. Rent my apartment for the Solheim Cup 2023 located 2 km from the centre of Marbella, providing tranquility away from noise and traffic, while still allowing easy access to the city centre through an enjoyable stroll.
Several golf courses are in close proximity to the apartment. (Torre Real Golf, Marbella Golf Club, Santa Maria, Santa Clara….)
It features 3 spacious bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms. The living room is generous in size and offers a sea view from the sofa, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped. All bedrooms have ample storage space.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and 2 IPTV televisions. It also includes an underground parking space, with additional ample parking available outside.
The beach is only a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with over 10 km of coastline and restaurants, bars every 500 meters. The residence itself is surrounded by a large garden with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and 2 paddle tennis courts.
The distance between Malaga Airport and Torre Real Residence is approximately 40 kilometers.
The apartment is just 20 km away from the Solheim Cup venue at Finca Cortesin in Casares. You'll be just a few minutes' drive from the Finca Cortesin golf course where the event takes place.

The apartment rental will be €350 / night throughout the competition (minimum 7 nights).
