This beach front 3 bedroom 2 bathroom garden apartment is within the gated La Perla de la Bahia community.
It is located beside the Finca Cortesin Beach Club and is only a few minutes drive to the Finca Cortesin Golf Course where the event is being held.
The apartment can hold up to 6 people with a double bed master bedroom with en suite, two guest rooms each with 3 single beds and a shared family bathroom. All rooms have ample wardrobe space.
The lounge area is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed.
The apartment has fibre wifi and IPTV.
The large patio area accommodates an outside eating area and also a seating area with sun loungers to enjoy the Spanish sun. There is also a Weber BBQ should you wish to enjoy some outdoor cooking.
The apartment comes with 1 underground parking place with more ample parking available outside.
The apartment is approx 1 hour drive from Malaga Airport and train station and approx 30 minutes from Gibraltar Airport. Hire cars are readily avaubut would advise you book early.
Within a few minutes drive we have the small Spanish town of Sabinillas with many very reasonably priced tapas bars. Also within a few minutes drive is the lively town of Puerto Duquesa with many bars, clubs and restrooms suit all tastes.
Along the Costa there around 80 golf courses including the world famous Valderama.
