The property includes an open plan living area and a separate playroom, 2 dining locations and a relaxing mezzanine area.

The kitchen is fitted with a modern oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine.


Rent is €5000 (20% non-refundable booking deposit up to September 3rd will secure the property). The balance must be paid by this date.
Security deposit of €1000. This is a fully refundable damage deposit.
