The first accommodation tier consists of properties located in Miltown Malbay and Spanish Point, which sit exactly 13 kilometres from Lahinch Golf Club, 14 kilometres from Trump International Golf Links, Doonbeg, and 50 minutes away from Shannon Airport. House 1 is a spacious two-bedroom property situated only 700 metres from Miltown Malbay main street, offering guests two bathrooms, a layout with one double bed and one twin room featuring two single beds, free Wi-Fi, and convenient off-street parking.
Alternatively, there are two separate mobile homes available on a fully serviced, secure site in Spanish Point. Both mobile homes feature two bedrooms—configured with one double bed and one twin bed, and are situated a short 10-minute walk from the stunning Spanish Point Beach and a brief 5-minute drive from the heart of Miltown Malbay.

House 2 is a large three-bedroom, two-bathroom option that features two double beds and one twin room with two single beds, complete with Wi-Fi access.
House 3 is another excellent three-bedroom property that includes one bathroom, two double beds, and one single bed. Both of these properties are a gentle 5-minute stroll from the very centre of Kilkee.
