This is a four-bedroomed house, two double bedrooms, one master - king bedroom, and one children's bunk room (3 single beds).
The two "classrooms" now function as (1) a spacious living/dining room containing a solid fuel stove (fuel included), and smart TV, perfect for gathering at the end of a busy day, and (2) a games room, comprising a pool table, board games, books, jigsaws and toys for unwinding as we did in years gone by!
The kitchen while small, is fully equipped with all modern appliances - cooker with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, and even a smoothie-maker!!!
There are two shower rooms plus one downstairs toilet.
Outside there is a large garden and rooftop balcony along with ample car parking.
Finally, our 1964 converted schoolhouse has fast speed WiFi throughout!
