Welcome to our spacious family home, set in a peaceful countryside location on 0.75 acres, just 3 km from the vibrant market town of Kilrush.
Irish Open Accommodation conveniently located on the main R473 Kilrush–Kildysart road, it offers the perfect balance of rural charm and easy access to local amenities.
This bright and welcoming home is finished to a high standard throughout, featuring beautiful timber flooring, quality tiling, bespoke handcrafted kitchen units, and tasteful fixtures and fittings. The house also provides high‑speed internet, making it ideal for staying connected, working remotely, or streaming your favourite shows during your stay.
The ground floor comprises a comfortable main reception room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate utility room, a wet room, and a large ground‑floor bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two further bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with en‑suite, along with the main family bathroom.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, and if your group is larger, we’ll do our very best to assist where possible.
