Woodquarter Lodge is a NITB approved spacious well equipped self-catering 2 bedroom Irish Open lodge rental sleeping 6. Set in woodland location on a country lane in the heart of County Down, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility whilst at the same time being only a 20 minute drive (12 miles) from prestigious Royal County Down Golf Course (transport to and from event can also be arranged separately).

**New hot tub installed in April 2023** robes provided for hot tub use and water can be changed every 3 days throughout your stay.

Woodquarter Lodge is on two levels, an open plan kitchen and living room downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

The master bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 singles and the second bedroom has 1 double bed. The bathroom is on the first floor and has a toilet, sink, shower and bath. All bedding, towels and a hair dryer are also provided. There is also a snug area on the landing and a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The well equipped kitchen has a Hob, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster. We provide a continental breakfast to help start you off as well as tea and coffee and a welcome basket with a range of local produce. Double patio doors open out to a private stoned patio area with outside seating, a BBQ and firepit. This outside area is enclosed with a locked gate making it safe for small children to play in.

This Irish Open lodge rental has oil fired heating and also a wood burning stove which has a back boiler to heat the radiators and water. We provide logs for the fire.

There is complementary Wi-Fi as well as free parking.
