SeaSpray is a brand new, contemporary 6/7 bed Irish Open home rental, located on the seafront, with stunning views of the Irish Sea, in the seaside town of Kilkeel. It is just a 1 minute walk from Kilkeel sandy beach and a 2 minute walk from the bustling fishing harbour and pier
It is also the perfect base for enjoying the Irish Open as it is just 20 mins from Royal Co.Down.
Our contemporary home consists of 6 large ensuite bedrooms, each with wardrobe facilities and large flat screen tv with access to Netflix. We have another room which has the option of being converted into a 7th bedroom.
The spacious interior boasts contemporary furnishings and smart home technology with CCTV and underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The upstairs open-plan living/kitchen area has amazing panoramic views of the Irish Sea. It has a large dining table to seat 8 and a large island which seats 6. There is also a bar area for relaxing in the evening after a long day with wine fridge and accessories. The large sliding doors open out onto a balcony, where you can sit and watch the fishing boats coming in and out and take in the breath taking views of the Irish Sea and the Mourne Mountains.
There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of storage.
The outdoor area has a closed in garden, BBQ and seating area (due to be completed Spring 2024)
All local shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
We can offer an option of a catered breakfast if required.
