Irish Open Accommodation located in the beautiful and historic village of Dundrum only 10 minutes drive from the Royal County Down Golf Club (which can even be seen from the property), this is the perfect location for access to The Irish Open Golf tournament. Located at the highest point of the village nestled beside the historic 850 year old Dundrum Castle, Castle Cottage this is a traditional Irish stone cottage with modern facilities and has served the tourist industry in County Down for over 25 years. It is located on private property with no adjoining properties or roads and is extremely quiet and private.
Dundrum village is only 5-10 minutes walk from the cottage and has grocery shops, pubs and several award-winning restaurants. Historic Dundrum Castle is only a minutes walk away and can be seen from the rear windows.
