Irish Open 2024 Accommodation
This contemporary, detached bungalow is perfectly located for people attending the 2024 Irish Open Golf Championship. It is just 1.5 miles from The Royal County Down Golf Club. The house is located on an large, elevated site with rear views of the Mourne Mountains and frontal views towards Slieve Croob.
Our house has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. Both the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have en suite facilities and double beds. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. There is ample storage space throughout.
The house was built in 2019 and is equipped to a high standard, providing all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. It has a high level of insulation, with underfloor heating in the living areas and radiators in the bedrooms, each with individual temperature control. There is a wood burning stove in the living room/kitchen.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The main bathroom and en suites have walk in showers.
There is a large, detached garage and plentiful parking space. Outside there is a large patio with mountain views. Garden furniture and BBQ equipment are provided.

We are experienced home exchangers who have successfully swopped with families from the USA, Canada and Switzerland. We will be staying nearby during the Irish Open week and available to assist with orientation and queries.
