Cottage style kitchen with spacious dining room. The large sitting room is comfortable and bright featuring a 75’ smart TV to rewatch all the days highlights from the open.
Situated on an acre of land with a large garden to keep the kids entertained, gated property with cctv cameras outside and house alarm. There is ample outdoor seating, barbecue and fire pit to keep warm while you gaze at the stars.
From Dublin or Cork airport it will take approximately 90 minutes to arrive at the property. Waterford airport is only 30 minutes away on the M9 motorway. Transport can be arranged if necessary with advanced notice.

Waterford castle, located on a private island is a 35 minute drive and has beautiful features, 5* hotel and golf course.
