The house is a charming and tranquil 3 bedroom stone farmhouse. Accommodation consist of 3 extra-spacious bedrooms with super king and king-sized beds. In the living room you can find a wood burning stove (all wood supplied), a TV with local and international channels and Netflix, as well as two large sleeper couches. The house can sleep a total of 6-8 people. The house has a bathroom with a claw foot tub, a large eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. You can also find a washer and dryer, BBQ grill, and picnic tables. The backyard is a beautiful tiered garden/orchard with new flowers and colors arriving everyday.
The Mill Cottage Kells is only five miles [8 km] from Mount Juliet and The Irish Open. It is in the quaint village of Kells, Kilkenny. Just down the street, you can find a local shop, pub, and a lovely restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Kilkenny City is a ten minute drive away with award-winning pubs, restaurants, and live music with plenty to see and do.

The property is gated with secure parking for space up to 3 cars.

Dublin airport is a 90 minute drive from Kells.
