Old town house and Sonas Cottage (Happiness in Gaelic) is a farm house and traditional stone cottage which is over 100 years old. The farm house is a family home with four bedrooms and one bathroom and the cottage is lovingly restored with a cathedral ceiling in the bright living area. A handmade kitchen, bright double shower and WC. This Irish Open Accommodation can sleep 3 with double bedroom and single loft.

The space
It is located in a the grounds of a traditional Irish Farmhouse, that is now beside a Stud Farm, it is 10 minutes from the famous Kilkenny city and 5 from the local pub in the beautiful village of Kells and just ten minutes from Mount Juliette, the venue for the Irish Open.

There is free wifi, Flat Screen TV and DVD player, Stove with as much wood as you can burn and a small but funky kitchen to cater for yourselves. Also a private garden with swing and picnic table and bbq.
