Borris golf club - 5 minutes, Gowran Golf club 18 minutes and Bunclody Golf & fishing resort 26 minutes. Local attractions Mount Leinster and the Blackstairs mountains 10 minutes and the beautiful river Barrow close by. Southern county fishing resort 5 minutes.
House is surrounded by a large private garden to the rear and large garden to the front. BBQ and outside seating at the rear of house.
