The house is situated 15 minutes drive from Mount Juliet, 12 minutes to Kilkenny City. Closest Golf course is Goran Park Golf Club, 4 minutes away.
Kilkenny Golf Course is 10 minutes, Borris G.C. 15 minutes and Champion golf in Carlow 20 minutes.
The local village Bennettsbridge (2kms) has two pubs, cafes and the Nicholas Mosse world renowned pottery store.
House has four bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twins.
