Comfortable detached home for rent in a quiet cul-de-sac, 50 meters from Stoneyford village and 3 km from the entrance to Mnt. Juliet, where the Irish Open is held. (45 minute walk, 3 minute drive)
In less than 10 minutes you can walk to 2 lively country pubs, 2 shops and Knockadrinna cafe which serves delicious homemade food.
Within 15 minutes drive, there are 3 golf courses: Callan, Mountainview and Kilkenny.
The accommodation comprises of an open kitchen/dining room with a conservatory which opens up to a deck.
There is a separate living room with a t.v and a couch that can be converted to a double bed. Wifi throughout the house.
The couch in the conservatory can also be made into a bed.
There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:.
The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin
There is another bedroom with a double bed and bathroom next door with a bath, toilet and washbasin and baby changing table.
The single bedroom has a fold-out cot ( if needed) and a single bed.
House will comfortably sleep 6 people.
Towels and clean bedding provided

Kilkenny city is 14 km and Waterford 40km. (30 minutes drive on the motorway)
Kilkenny is a beautiful medieval city with a stunning castle, rich history, center for arts and crafts and lots of restaurants and bars with live music.
Waterford is an old Viking city and from there it is a short drive to several seaside resorts: Dunmore-East; cliff walk, Tramore beach for swimming and surfing.
It takes 90 minutes to drive to Dublin Airport.
