It is a modern, new build, but will be fully ready to accommodate any Irish Open visitors. It is stylish, warm and welcoming with large open plan kitchen and living room with two sofas (a 2 seater and a 3 seater) with stunning views of the South Kilkenny landscape.
The accommodation at ground level comprises a kitchen/living room with all mod cons, air to water underfloor heating system. A 65” Smart TV and sound system. A spacious open plan kitchen/dining room with table to seat 6 people comfortably. Sound system Alexa available. Fridge freezer, electric cooker and dishwasher in place for self catering, WC. Sliding doors leading to back garden and patio, complete with patio furniture.
The rest of the property comprises three double bedrooms. The master bedroom comprises a King Size bed, en suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms have 5ft double beds with storage space. There is a shared main bathroom with wet room shower.


The house is within 15 minutes drive of Waterford city which boasts many local artisan shops, cafes, award winning restaurants and local bars.

The area is well serviced for the outdoor enthusiast located close to the South Leinster Way with many forest walks including the Thomastown Loop Walk, Woodstock Gardens and the the quaint village of Inistioge which dates back to the 1740s.
