Based in the beautiful award winning village of Inistioge, the house is very private with it's own gated entrance and driveway, surrounded by mature trees, streams and spectacular views. Despite it's privacy, the house is only a 4 minute walk to the centre of Inistioge Village, which boasts quaint pubs, charming cafes and an array of river walks and woodland trails.

The house itself is architecturally designed and has 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), a large kitchen, spacious dining area, a double height living room and reception area. There is wifi throughout the house and the TV has all the major streaming services and sports channels. Outdoors,there is an expansive wraparound outdoor deck, with a barbecue and pizza oven, seating area,loungers and leads onto a lawn with more seating.

We are located 15 minutes from Mt Juliet Estate in Thomastown, host of the 2022 Irish Open. Within a 35 minute drive, one can access New Ross Golf Club (15 minutes), Kilkenny Golf Club, Waterford Castle Golf Course, Waterford Golf Club, Faithlegg Golf Course, Enniscorthy Golf Club, Gowran Park Golf Course and a host of smaller, more local courses. We are 90 minutes from Dublin Airport.
