Our family home is situated in the heart of Stoneyford village, Irish Open accommodation just 3.5 kms from Mount Juliet Estate.

Stoneyford is 15 minutes from Kilkenny city. It’s is 5 minute drive to M9 motorway which which links us to Dublin which is 1 hr 15 mins drive away.

The accommodation consists of 3-4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1- king size bed with en-suite toilet and shower
Bedroom 2- double bed
Bedroom 3. 2 single beds
Optional bedroom 4- sitting room /double bedroom

Upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower.
We have a large open plan living space with kitchen/ diner and sitting area.
Utility area has washer and dryer.
Downstairs bathroom has large shower unit.
Property has a large double driveway for parking.
We have a large private garden to the rear with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and your summer evenings.

Stoneyford village has many precious amenities, including a cafe, pub and local convenience store.
Knockdrinna artisan cafe and Malzard’s pub are both in the heart of the village and are they are a must to experience.
They are a 2 minute walk, as is Walshes convenience store.

The accommodation is ideally situated for access to Mount Juliet for Irish open, just a 5 minute drive while also being the perfect setting for evening relaxation in our local pub or our beautiful private garden.
