The House is well presented with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs (incl. 1 en-suite). Irish Open home rental consisting of three double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds.

Downstairs is a well appointed Kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom and WC. The sunroom has a sofa-bed that will accommodate 2 if needed. The house sleeps potentially 10 people comfortably and has all mod-cons including wifi, coffee machine, off-street parking for 2 vehicles and washer / dryer.

The house is situated in a quiet part of Kilkenny City, 25 mins from The Irish Open venue and 90 minutes from Dublin Airport. Kilkenny is a vibrant city with great restaurants and pubs so you're guaranteed a vibrant scene here.
