This 6-bedroom home can sleep up to 13 people -with 2 double bedrooms boasting an en-suite bathroom.
One of which is very spacious and can be made into a triple room upon request. (1 double, 1 single bed)
Of the other 4 bedrooms 3 are double rooms, 1 of which has a shower in the room.
The 6th bedroom is a twin room.
Ample wardrobe space in each room.
Good size main bathroom with bath and shower.
4th toilet and hand basin at the rear end of the house.
There are 2 reception rooms. - One of which has large corner suite, open fire place and a 42-inch-High-definition smart television.
The dining room has a large mahogany table which can comfortably sit 8 people leading onto very large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar.
2nd reception room comprises of large wood fired stove, television, sofa.
Off this reception room sliding doors lead to the glass conservatory which has doubled doors opening onto stoned patio area.
The utility room has a 2nd fridge, washing machine and dryer.
There is a generous sized office which can be used as an work space or for storing boots, jackets or luggage cases.
From the office there is a casual room where one can relax and enjoy a game of darts.
If requested this room can sleep 2 more people bringing the total up to 15 persons. This room also has its own entrance.

This unassuming property boasts a massive extension to the rear which adds to its unique character.
