This Irish Open Accommodation consists of four extra spacious en-suite bedrooms. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms rooms with double bed in each and a superior bedroom with two double beds. Also on the top floor there is a main bathroom complete with free standing bath.
On entrance the modern design is immediately apparent internally; the kitchen-breakfast room opens into the living area, with both rooms affording maximum light from the wall to ceiling panoramic glass windows.
A further living room with wood burning stove provides a cosy enclave. A boot room, utility room and laundry room along with a fully tiled shower provide all the amenities for a growing family along with a large study and games room which boasts endless possibilities as a cinema room, music room etc. The games room includes a full size pool table and TV facilities.
The residence is located in the lovely Nore valley just 1.5miles from the village of Inistioge. The nearest shop or local amenities would be Inistioge [shop, church, 3 pubs, restaurant, post office & hairdresser.
Thomastown is 3 miles and has supermarkets (Supervalue & Lidl), Restaurants, Launderette, Fuel(Coal, Gas, Timber) and Railway Station. One also has New Ross which is 10 miles, Graiguenamangh 7 miles, St. Mullins 19 miles and not to forget Kilkenny City, which is only 15 miles and would be the main shopping hub. The M9 can be accessed 5 miles away at Knocktopher.
Inistioge has some beautiful walks and also has Woodstock gardens.
