The Property includes a private master bedroom with master bathroom including a power shower and Jacuzzi bath. There are an additional 3 spacious, full en-suite bedrooms plus two downstairs bedrooms that have a newly renovated modern shower room to share (please see picture).
Depending on requirements, there is a possibility of using 1 other downstairs sitting room to be used as extra bedroom which also has a smart TV.

3 Smart TV’s (2 spacious living rooms, 1 smaller study). 2 wood burning stoves.

A roomy yet cozy kitchen boasting a soul warming stove that will be blazing on your return from the days activities including wood to heat the house for the entire length of your stay.

The largest living area (that can seat 7/8 people max) also blasts a wood burning stove.

The house is a 2 minute drive from Thomastown which is home to many local artisan shops, cafes and bars such as O’Hara’s Bar, Toast bar and restaurant, and Tim's Bar all of which offer a selection of delicious pub food, drinks and live music. There is also the fine dining restaurant, Barrows Keep, which is a a delight to try. Malzards bar in Stoneyford is a also a two minute drive away.
