A charming, comfortable family Irish Open home rental in an idyllic rural area in a prime location for Mount Juliet, which is only 25 - 30 minutes drive away.

Rosslare port 60 minutes away.
Collection and drop off from either can be included if desired.

Welcome pack upon arrival

4 bedrooms – there are 2 rooms containing double beds; also a twin room and a single room. More beds can be provided. There is one bathroom upstairs with a deep bath; and one bathroom downstairs with a shower.

There is a comfortable living room, a welcoming reception hall and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has glass doors opening out onto the patio and garden at the back. The kitchen table can be expanded to fit 10.
The home is serviced with satellite TV (Netflix and Disney); and has excellent broadband coverage. There are electric gates should you wish to use. Ample parking space. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Surrounded by trees and fields, the large, private 1 acre garden is overlooked by a wild mountain, with the river Barrow a 10 minute walk away. There is a stream beside the house. There is garden furniture on both sides of the house to relax in, and a bbq. Enjoy the nature and peace around you here.

Enjoyable tasty home cooked meals are available from local farm produce. Farm fresh eggs and fresh Irish soda bread can be provided for breakfast. Two kayaks are available and bikes of various sizes. The BBQ can be organised and cooked by us should you wish. We can also drop and pick you up from Mount Juliet.

It is a very historic and beautiful area. Information and guides can be provided if you need a change of scene from the golf. The house is 2km from the picturesque, bustling little town of Graignamanagh. From there you can go for beautiful walks along the river, swimming and kayaking, boat trips, hill walking or use the bike hire. There are cafes, a restaurant and the historic Duiske Abbey.
New Ross is 15 minutes away, an interesting old port town with the famous Dunbrody famine ship to visit. John F. Kennedy Park is near New Ross.
Borris village is 10 minutes away which has its own golf course in a stunning setting and the Step House provides excellent food.
Kilkenny city is 40 minutes away with all it has to offer in history, food and night life.
