The property is located 25 minutes to Mount Juliet Estate and 15 minutes to the motorways that links directly to Dublin Airport (85 mins). Rosslare port is also easily accessible and convenient to this location (60 mins).

Graiguenamanagh – Historic village (c~1200 AD) that developed around the abbey (Graigue-na-managh translates into ‘Village of the Monks’) and in modern times is a bustling village with lively pubs, cafes, restaurants and river side activity available (boat trips, kayaking (property owners Kayaks available to use if required), swimming)
Borris – History village, home to the Kavanaghs (Borris House) that can trace their lineage back to the kings of Leinster in ~1100 AD. This town is quite picturesque with White mountain forming a beautiful backdrop as you venture down the village, perhaps stopping in the Step House hotel for some fine food, or even in O’Sheas or Joyces pubs for a pint, both traditional pubs that hold their heritage as general stores presenting quite the photo opportunity!
Kilkenny City – Enjoy the historic medieval city for a day trip to see the sites, take a pleasant meal or to have a night out – the city is 25 minutes and local taxi services in Graiguenamanagh / Borris / Goresbridge can provide drop offs and pre-arranged pickups if required.
