A: If your house is within 90 minutes drive you should be fine, the closer your house is to the Solheim Cup venue the greater it's desirability will be.

A: When setting an asking price take the following factors into account. The number of bedrooms (how many people you can accommodate), how close the property is to the Solheim Cup, how private the location is (ie. detached, semi-detached, private land) and how much are similar houses in your location asking for. A: It's up to the home owner to handle their own bookings and transactions. As a guideline we suggest you ask for a non-refundable booking deposit in advance and require the remainder paid in full on arrival.
