This large, 4 bedroom, and modern detached family home offers a quiet and private location with a pleasant outlook, including sea views. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac, and within the semi rural village of Magor.
The venue for this year’s Ryder Cup, The Celtic Manor resort, is less than a 10 minute drive away.The house is situated just off M4 Motorway (J23A). Bristol International Airport and Cardiff International Airport are 45 minutes drive, and it’s approximately 2 hours from London Heathrow.
This tastefully decorated property can comfortably sleep 8 people, with 4 double bedrooms (en suite facilities in master bedroom). Additional sleeping options are available. Formal dining Room; Pleasant ambience, comprising of dining table and seating for up to 8 people.
Spacious Conservatory; An attractive light and airy room including sofas, Piano and Sky TV. Patio doors open up onto a paved patio, with modern garden furniture and gas BBQ all within a private garden.
Sitting room; A Cozy and relaxing room comprising of Sofa’s, Flat Screen TV, Full Sky Plus TV viewing (Sky plus allows you to record the golf and watch it on your return home), DVD player and selection of movie, sport & music DVD’s, I Pod dock, Hi Fi system & wide selection of music CD’s. PC with unlimited Broadband.
Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen comprising of fridge, freezer, dual oven / grille, microwave, tea and coffee facilities. Cupboards will be well stocked with a variety of food and refreshments to your specific requirements.
Bed Rooms; Tastefully decorated, comprising of 4 Double rooms (En suite in Master bedroom) TV in all rooms. Family Bathroom; A newly fitted, modern bathroom comprising of large bath and shower, hand basin, bathroom cabinet, mirrors and WC.
The house will be serviced daily. Fresh bed linen and fresh towels can be provided and a laundry service is available upon request. Refreshments and a selection of foodstuffs can be replenished daily and any specific requirements can be catered for upon request.
Transport can be provided to and from the Ryder cup. This can either be via car for four people or minibus by prior arrangement. Transport can be provided for collection and delivery to the airport.
Off-road parking for 2/3 cars available, with private rear garden and patio area.There are a wide variety of local pubs, restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance. I will be happy to suggest and provide various tours to visit many places of interest.
There is an abundance of cultural sights across South Wales and the South West of England. Cardiff, Bristol and the historic city of Bath are just a 30 minute drive away, and the Brecon Beacon National Park, Tintern Abbey, Chepstow castle, Wye Valley river walks and the seaside resort of Barry are within easy reach.
There is an excellent choice of golf courses within an hours drive, including the championship course at St. Pierre, in Chepstow which is 15 minute drive.
TERMS
A non refundable deposit of £2,000 is required on booking. A refundable security bond of £2,000 will also be required on arrival.
