Gorllwyn is a secluded country house set in a stunning rural location, backing onto hundreds of acres of ancient woodland. This substantial home offers:

- an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with farmhouse table, pantry and cast-iron range;- lounge with a large open fireplace and wood burning stove, Sky TV, DVD player and a library of DVDs;- dining room with wood burning stove and table to seat eight;- three large double bedrooms: one king with ensuite, one double and one twin;- large family bathroom and groundfloor cloak room;- study with broadband internet, huge selection of reading material and sofa bed, and;- laundry room.

All towels and bedding are provided. The fridge and pantry will be stocked with welcome groceries.

In the extensive and mature south facing garden there are BBQ facilities and numerous seating areas. Adjacent to the main garden are a trampoline, mini-soccer field and tree swing. Additional recreational facilities on the doorstep include fishing on the neighbouring lake, extensive walking and mountain biking paths through the woods and open countryside.

There is ample private parking available.

It is an easy 30 minute drive to the Celtic Manor Resort. Local golf courses include Cottrell Park and The Vale (less than 5 minutes away) and Southerndown and the Royal Porthcawl (less than 25 minutes away). Rental includes free golf at Cottrell Park.
