This comfortable modern house has three double bedrooms and two singles, two bathrooms and
spacious living areas fronted by all round decking overlooking the garden and deer park.You can
watch the deer from the comfort of your armchair or enjoy a cocktail or barbeque on the decking as
they graze peacefully all around you. The sitting room has flat screen TV and a wood burning stove,
the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with large seating and eating areas. The utility room has
ample space for washing, drying and storing kit. Wifi broadband. Housekeeping included.
Guests have the freedom to roam the 81 acres of historic parkland with its red and fallow deer
herds and abundant wildlife.
The total seclusion of the Park is balanced by close access to the A48 main road and M4 which is
10 minutes away. A restaurant and pub is just five minutes walk away and there is a choice of two
golf courses — Cottrell Park and the Vale Golf & Spa Resort just ten minutes drive away. Horse riding
is available close to the Park.

Terms
Llantrithyd Park is available from mid September to mid October at £15,000 per week for six to
eight people. Additional days can be negotiated. A non-returnable deposit of £2,000 is payable on
booking with the balance due on July 1, 2010.
